We had Dave (BWI) fit double glazing throughtout our house. Dave provided a very competive quote but what we were most impressed with the assurances that they would fit quailty windows with minimum disruption and damage. Which is exaclty what they did, we are really pleased with the windows and a beautiful front door but mostly with the excellent service and customer service Dave provided and would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.

Dave doesn’t rush his work and that’s a good thing. It’s done right first time and it’s done meticulously. Dave’s co-worker Richard is really polite, chirpy and well trained in the finer details too.
Some people have said that Dave is a perfectionist. I don’t know enough about windows to verify such a statement. I have no idea if a window or door is ‘perfect’ but I know when it isn’t right.

We are delighted. The job is 1st class. The service is 1st class, the windows supplied are 1st class. They fit right, the doors close softly and quietly. The attention to detail is amazing.

We had our entire house done. We’re hoping to have some interior work done by him too.

This is the first time I have used BWI and they did an excellent job. The main job being the replacement of a window with French doors and a straight replacement of a couple of other windows, the job was done quickly too a very high standard with the minimum of mess, even though it involved removing brickwork and re-plumbing radiators. A great job by the team and they are highly recommended, I will definately use Dave again.

I have a cottage in a small village & the windows that required replacing were awkwardly situated. Dave & Steve spent a lot of time & effort making sure everything was just right.
