From the moment we walked into the showroom at Bromsgrove, there was no pressure to buy, but you were very helpful and polite to us, and we were very satisfied with the courtesy and excellent service we were given from start to finish.

The fitters we had did a very efficient and professional job, they certainly knew their job inside out. They were very clean in their work too, at the end there was no mess to clean up ( I covered all my furniture but I needn't have bothered).

Upon visiting the shop we certainly found her words to be true. The service was also helpful yet unobtrusive, and whilst we were allowed to wander at leisure, our questions were always answered what I considered to be truthfully.

We booked our fireplace and the service continued to be efficient. The deadlines were met, the guys who fitted our fireplace were friendly and knowledgeable, and more importantly, experienced.
