We are very pleased with our new gas fire and surround, it looks great. From the moment we walked into the showroom at Bromsgrove, there was no pressure to buy, but you were very helpful and polite to us, and we were very satisfied with the courtesy and excellent service we were given from start to finish. The fitters we had did a very efficient and professional job, they certainly knew their job inside out. They were very clean in their work too, at the end there was no mess to clean up ( I covered all my furniture but I needn't have bothered).
Just wanted to thank you for the efficient and hassle free task of choosing and having fitted our new fire and surround, especially so as you kindly replaced the fire after our first choice was our mistake. We had been looking at fireplaces for a short while when a friend suggested Aldridge Fireplaces with the words " the service was friendly and efficient". Upon visiting the shop we certainly found her words to be true. The service was also helpful yet unobtrusive, and whilst we were allowed to wander at leisure, our questions were always answered what I considered to be truthfully. We booked our fireplace and the service continued to be efficient. The deadlines were met, the guys who fitted our fireplace were friendly and knowledgeable, and more importantly, experienced.
