What a fantastic place to work. I moved into Basepoint on 1st September 2009 and have been extremely impressed by the brilliant welcome team at reception Sharon & Laura. They are always so helpful and friendly..such a nice welcome each morning when you walk in. I first moved in to Basepoint on 1st August 2008 and found the room and the furniture provided to be of a high standard. This was after spending much time seeking other offices within the South Birmingham Area where nobody seemed to be able to offer a flexible rental agreement at the right price with all the facilities that I needed.



At Basepoint there were no hidden charges and the provision of free heating and Broadband were a pleasant surprise.



Basepoint at Bromsgrove is run efficiently by Sharon and Laura with a no nonsense approach but where the atmosphere is always very pleasant and I think this encourages all the occupants to respect the centre by keeping breakout area's, kitchen area's, toilets etc; in a tidy state for all concerned and because of the excellent facilities available in the form of meeting/conference rooms it gives myself complete confidence in inviting my customers to call in at the centre at any time

We were the first company to move into the Bromsgrove Business Park in March 2007, and we chose this centre because of the following.

Good Location.
Flexible Terms Moving In & Out.
Hire of Meeting Rooms.
Brand New Well Maintained Building.
Phone Lines & Broadband.


Since moving in we have moved to an office in the main building where, we find the facilities that we have to hand are about the best for our type of business, the centre can also handle the following for us.


Take our post deliveries.
We can post letters out by 5pm in the evening so it saves us going to the post office.
The toilet facilities are excellent.
We have used the meeting rooms when we carried out one to ones with our Management team.
We have used the meetings rooms for interviews.
Our Broadband & Phone Lines are excellent.
We can move the phone lines around to any desk within minutes and, that is a cost saving instead of bringing in BT.
When customers visit us the building is impressive.


In all this location suite our business needs and, our customers, it is well run by the management where nothing is a problems to them and, they are extremely professional in the way they carry out their daily duties, it is a pleasure to some to work in this environment that Basepoint have created.

Blue Sky Corporate Finance has been based at Basepoint’s office in Bromsgrove since the summer of 2007 and we have to say, we really like it here. The office building is light, airy and modern and the facilities are great. We must not forget to mention the girls on reception who are extremely friendly and helpful. The whole atmosphere here is very friendly and we could not wish for a better place to base our office.
