Basepoint Business Centre is based on Bromsgrove Technology Park, which is located just off Aston Road, near Morrison's.
With a wide range of small business units for office, studio or light industrial use there are facilities available for all types of business. Basepoint provide easy in and easy out office rental terms making the decision to move in a simple one.
If you are a start up business, or you are looking to establish a base in Bromsgrove, our units which start from small one person offices are perfect for you. Our reception is fully managed during business hours and we provide a full range of business support.
We offer flexible 'easy in easy out' license agreements, you can stay for as long as you like, but you do have the option to move out with just two weeks notice.
The license fees at Basepoint Business Centre are inclusive of all property costs. The only other costs involved are business rates, phones, broadband and metered electricity and they are all discounted for you. 1.5 months license fee is payable as a returnable deposit and then you pay monthly in advance.
Basepoint is not just office space but a business community with weekly networking events organised by centre staff, internal recommendations and full business support. We have a number of meeting rooms on site, set up with wireless access, office equipment and catering facilities, these are hireable by the hour by the hour.
