Starters

Creamy  Summer  vegetable  soup with freshly baked bread (v)

Ardennes pate`
With red onion marmalade & warm toast

Prawn cocktail
North Atlantic prawns dressed in a marine rose sauce on a bed of seasonal leaves

Garlic mushrooms (v)
Pan- fried mushrooms in a creamy sauce on a whole meal crust finished with fresh rocket

Mains

Traditional Sunday lunch
Choice of beef, pork, turkey
Served with all the trimmings

Caribbean cooked down chicken
Served with rice & peas with side salad or vegetables

Citrus Salmon & Dill
Salmon marinated in lime and dill served with Creme fresh. New potatoes & seasonal vegetables  

Mediterranean Vegetable Tart with Dolcelatte (v) 
Artichoke hearts with a roasted pepper mozzarella and balsamic tomato sauce, topped with sliced grilled aubergine in a butter pastry case, finished with Dolcelatte. Served with Salad and new potatoes.
