Help for Heroes
On the 15th of May Jason Manning Managing Directorof B1 will be walking 40 miles in aid of Help for Heroes, part of a team of 20 people (of which we believe Jason to be the oldest!!!) hoping to raise £10,000 for the Help for Heroes charity. The money goes directly to service men who have been horribly injured, mainly in Iraq and Afghanistan. Jason knows a member of the nursing team at Selly Oak hospital so has been forced to get off the sofa and swap his slippers for his trainers! He will march from Whittington barracks in Lichfield (home of the Staffordshire regiment) to Selly Oak hospital in Birmingham, finishing in Feckenham in Worcestershire…. then to the pub for a well earned drink!!!
