The bluebells in the Randan Woods are some of the most spectacular in the Bromsgrove area. If you are lucky (and quiet!) you can usually see the muntjac deer. If you hear a bark, it is more than likely to be the deer so keep an eye out for them.
I took a walk in the woods the other night and the scent and colour are a treat for the senses.
This Bank Holiday weekend will be a good time to see the bluebells before they go over but remember to take your boots - the ground is already boggy underfoot and exceptionally muddy in places.
