Had a very long, thoroughly enjoyable informal lunch at The Coney in West Wickham. Friendly and most helpful staff as we'd never expeienced cooking on granite at the table before - it was a unique experience and one hopefully to be repeated. Good value for the set lunch menu.

Booked a table to celebrate my birthday and the food was lovely - we had nachos and ribs to start my boyfriends ribs were very tasty with very little fat for mains we both had the hot rocks a rib eye and fillet both were very tasty and we both felt were the best steaks we had in a long time - will definitely go back.

We had a lovely time, the restaurant was modern, relaxed, lovely atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and welcoming where nothing was too much trouble. Choice on food on menu was excellent and when food arrived it was delicious, loved the hot rocks items and the deserts were to die for. Cannot wait to return with friends soon.

Visited The Coney Mountain Range , West Wickham with a friend for lunch. It was my second visit and I was impressed as before with the service and the quality of the food. My friend has special dietary needs and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in suggesting and supplying the meals she chose, adapting them to suit her needs. Although a busy lunchtime with a party with children taking place we were never neglected. It's a real pleasure to have such a restaurant near to my home.

It was our first visit and we received a friendly welcome. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes and it was difficult to make a choice! The waitress was happy to give advice. We enjoyed our first expereince of cooking on a 'hot rock'. We will be going back , if only to try other dishes on the menu.. AL

I visited the Coney Mountain Range on Saturday night for a friend's birthday. Upon arrival the place was busy with plenty of atmosphere and the food smelt fantastic. We shared a starter which was tasty and then went on to the hot stone for a main course. We shared a selection of meats, spices and dips and all the meat was really tender and lean and it was a great novelty to 'cook your own' meal. For dessert we opted for the chocolate fondue, plentiful fresh fruit and sweet treats to dip.

Coney mountain range restaurant West Wickham is an excellent place to go. The lunch menu is very good value and their rewards card also gives good incentives to keep going back, although the quality of the food makes you do that anyway!

Coney Mountain Range, West Wickham: eating outside at 9pm in mid-April (even this year) seemed a little foolhardy, but with the Coney's sheltering screens it worked. We started with mussels and a roquefort/pear/bacon salad, then moved on to the fish of the day, seared salmon, all of which went down well. Our waitress, initially sceptical about our al fresco madness, was friendly and attentive throughout, and the experience was fun. Fingers crossed for the summer to come!
