TD Davis Ltd is a local company specialising in conducting electrical surveys in South East London and the surrounding counties of Kent and Surrey. We complete electrical surveys for:

We offer two types of surveys; The NICEIC Domestic Visual Condition Report and The NICEIC Domestic Periodic Inspection Report.
Our service to you
We will present the occupier of the property with an identification card upon arrival confirming the engineer's name agreed in advance. We pride ourselves on our professional appearance and also wear a distinctive uniform.
During our survey we do not undertake any destructive testing such as opening of floorboards. We will have to inspect and test at certain electrical points around your property such as socket outlets and lighting roses but everything will be left as found.
Depending upon the type of survey requested we may have to temporarily remove power from electrical circuits around the property, this will be advised in advance, the disruption will be minimal and conducted in a timely manner.
Once a survey is completed we provide the customer with a report on the work carried out and our findings.

2. Upon receipt of returned survey agreement we contact occupier of property to arrange the survey.
