I have been having my hair done at Smiths for 2 years now and each time I go I am greeted warmly at the door. My coat is whisked away and a drink is magically produced. All of the staff are extremely friendly and very professional. It is a pleasure to have your hair done at Smiths. Their prices are very competitive and I highly recommend them.

The shop, with its clean, sleek style has a lovely friendly atmopshere. You are greeted by cheery staff,pampered during the hair process and, in my case, it gives me the opportunity to catch up with all our news. If you wish you can have tea or coffee, along with many good magazines to read, while popular music plays quietly in the background. It's always a treat to have my hair done.

I would recommend Smiths because not only do I get a fantastic haircut but the whole time that I spend there is good fun and enjoyable. All the staff appear to enjoy their job which basically rubs off on their clients. The fact I have to book 6 months in advance is evidence in itself!

The pampering starts the moment you walk in the door. Your coat is whisked away and a cafetiere of coffee, pot of tea or glass of bubbly is produced. All of the staff are very friendly and efficient making it a pleasurable experience. They are fantastic at suggesting suitable cuts and colours to suit and as you leave you feel on cloud nine.I would certainly recommend them!

Excellent Salon. Today my favourite salon and the best in the South East in my opinion, and a bonus it is around the corner from me. Cool staff, friendly, smart, classy environment.

Prices fair for the quality of the cut and service, consistently excellent service, All staff seem to undergo regular training. The styling products are great. The bonus is the Champers or Pimm's No.1 while you are turned into a wonderful styling creation.
