Steve and his team were throughly professional from start to finish. They worked with us to achieve a fantastic kitchen and exactly on budget agreed. The team removed all rubbsih and swept the kitchen daily to reduce dust, excatly what to expect from such caring and dedicated builders. if you are looking to start a building project then you would be foolish to not work with Rutland. i would personally recommend them to anyone....

Rutland Building have just finished refitting our family bathroom which involved some building work into another room, and we are delighted with the results. We found Steve and his team through The Best of Bromley, and they fully lived up to all the testimonals written before. Steve was a very good project manager, keeping us informed along the way and making sure we were happy with progress. The other tradesmen Steve used for plumbing, electrics etc were also very friendly, polite and efficient. The room has a lovely finish to it, and we are so pleased we are having them back to do our other bathroom in February! Thanks to Steve and the team.

Steve and the team have just completed our kitchen diner on time, on budget and to a standard that has surpassed our expectations.
All of the tradesmen that worked on the project were punctual, tidy, courteous, conscientious but above all respectful of our home whilst on site.

The job itself involved steel work that was quite complex and it was important that we were comfortable with our choice of builder. Steve's methodical approach, attention to detail and excellent communication meant that we felt confident in his ability to manage the project effectively and he did not let us down.

We can honestly say that having prepared ourselves for the disruption of undertaking major building work we have been both surprised and delighted at how stress free the experience has been. Rutland Building Ltd have just finished renovating our house from top to bottom. The work took 5 months (as planned) and included an upstairs extension and significant restructure of our downstairs including the removal of several walls with a large amount of steel going in. We had 3 bathrooms installed, a new kitchen, new floors,
re-wired, plumbing, new windows, bi-folds and fully decorated (you name it we had!) - we moved back into a new house.

Steve and his team were fantastic and we would not hesitate to have them back or recommend them to others. All very hard working,conscientious, clean and tidy and excellent tradesmen. We are

Have recently had our garage converted into a room by Steve's team. A special thanks to Carl who took the project on and did an exceptional job. Fantastic finish inside, but better still the outside which was once an integral garage door is now a new window and brickwork that matches the existing brickwork so well you would never know that it isn't original. Would highly recommend Rutland Builders Ltd to anyone having building work big or small. First class service.

Steve and his team built a side and rear single storey extension to our house. The team were friendly, polite and efficient and tidy workers. The project was completed to a very high build standard, earlier than predicted and on budget. Any afterthoughts on our part were costed in advance so that we knew at all times how much we were spending before being committed. Having built the extension the team also knocked through a bathroom and toilet into one and installed all the plumbing and fittings and tiling - again to a very high standard.
We have been delighted with the work and the strict adherence to both budgetary and timescale deadlines that Steve works to. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
