Keith Chandler has a nationally recognised Partnering Agreement with the London Borough of Bromley who will, unless there is good reason for it not to, carry out the plan approval stage of any Building Regulation Submission. This makes for a smoother approval process with none of the problems associated with Local Authorities differing interpretation of the Building Regulations. (The Building Regulationssite inspection aspect, will be carried out by the host Local Authority)
