JusB is a local charitable organisation that seeks to provide things to do, youth workers to talk to and a great building for young people to come to.

JusB aims to accompany young people on the ups and downs of their individual journeys to independence, to forge a brighter future for young people in Bromley.
An independent, community based charitable organisation, JusB was established in 2003 and has helped over 4,000 young people by valuing and accepting them as individuals.
JusB helps young people in Bromley to:
- Develop their own identity and self-esteem
- Avoid being involved in crime and anti-social behaviour
- Discover and and learn new skills and talents
- Get involved with their local communities
Projects
By listening to what young people want, JusB run a number of projects in Bromley including the JAM Project, which aims to give young people advice on everything from employment to bullying in a relaxed environment.
The success of JusB projects has gone from strength to strength, with 12 out the 14 young people involved with Insight mentoring securing employment or enrolling on a college course.
There are many projects for young people to get involved in, from being a member of the Youth Council to giving up smoking!
Jack Petchey Award Winners
Every month, the dedicated team at JusB nominate a young person when they have achieved something new and present them with a Jack Petchey Award.
Other young people can nominate for the award, and the person who wins can decide how the £200 prize money is spent at JusB.
This funding has provided music tutors, meals and days out for the young people involved in JusB
Volunteers
As one of Bromley's leading charitable organisations for young people, JusB are dedicated to providing friendly advice and a place to go.
JusB are dependent on volunteers who share the same vision and offer excellent volunteering opportunities to the local community.
Volunteering is a great addition to your CV and gives you a sense of achievement in knowing that you are helping someone else to realise their potential.
JusB have recently been given the Investing in Volunteers Award in recognition of their commitment to volunteering and young people
Fundraising
JusB is an independent charitable organisation and relies wholly upon donations and grants to continue their vital work.
It takes £195,000 a year to continually offer the high quality services and facilities to young people in Bromley and there are many ways you can get involved in fundraising including:
