I had a laptop crash, I fired up an old pc and then bought a new laptop so I was in a mess with files everywhere. Mark managed to remotely set up a connection from my computer to their company and got it sorted for me. I now have peace of mind that I can call someone for help, something I did not have before. It is like having an insurance and had I had this support before I could have saved a lot of money as the problem would have been detected long before it caused my computer to crash! I now have a new laptop, Windows 7 and the latest office 2010 all working efficiently with support to hand!

I would highly recommend IT Eye.
If we have any computer problems, I know they are just at the end of the phone or email. We were concerned about losing all our data - so they have set up a backup system so everything gets backed up automatically every day - so I can sleep at night. I know whatever happens my data & files are safe.
