We live in the U.S. and have ordered flowers for friends in Chatham on two occasions, and Elliza Wade provided colorful and imaginative arrangements exactly as we requested. Their approach is personable, and their service is splendid. Both orders were delivered sooner than we expected, and our friends were delighted. What we like best is that they come up with unique and creative ideas with seasonally fresh flowers, not "cookie cutter" arrangements out of a catalogue. I would just like to tell you about some funeral flowers which I ordered from Elliza Wade in Hayes. I wanted something special and that is exactly what I got. The wreath was beautiful, and everyone commented on it as the flowers looked so fresh. I will certainly go there again.

I needed a bouquet of flowers at extremely short notice and called Eliza Wade. They had the bouquet ready for me at the crack of dawn before their official opening hours and the flower arrangement itself was absolutely beautiful. I have no hesitation in recommending Eliza Wade if you want great service or are looking for an eye-catching bouquet.

I ordered flowers from here as I was keen to support local business and thought I would recieve a good service.

Little did I know that I would be desperately phoning from my motherʼs mobile phone in the registry office on my wedding day. I had waited at the house for them after phoning.
The flowers were paid for and booked to arrive at my house by 9.30am; my wedding was at 10.40am; the flowers finally arrived at 10.50am (including buttonholes for the groom etc) and the registrar had to hand them out to the wedding party.

Fortunately my neighbour had agreed to wait outside my house to tell the florist that I had gone to the registry office, but she said that it was only after some prompting that the florist agreed to continue on to the registry office to deliver them - otherwise she would have gone back to the shop with them - my neighbour was on the point of delivering them herself.

My booking form stated that the flowers would arrive by 9.30am and on a very busy morning before a wedding you expect that to happen.

Although itʼs not the end of the world, this was an example of an extremely bad service causing much stress on my wedding morning.
