Went to see Dancing Queen, 8th April, last night. wonderful dancing, but the sound was too loud, the beat was deafening. Treated my friend for her birthday, but had I been on my own would have left. So pleased I took my ear plugs, I certainly needed them. Why are there so few seating areas in the churchill theatre. My husband and I also go to the Broadway, and the seating there is so much better than the churchill. Also, who wants these high seats in the stalls bar. I must admit I have never seen the theatre so empty, is it because it costs too much these days to go to the theatre?. Also, why do we have to pay a booking fee when booking online

There is ample parking nearby, the spacing between the seats is roomy and wherever you sit there is a good view of the stage. The programme is varied and appropriate for different age groups at appropriate seasonal and school holiday periods. The productions are of West End Quality at a more reasonable price and the booking staff and front of house staff are always helpful and polite. We really appreciate having the Churchill Theatre within easy travelling distance.

Having the Churchill Theatre so close to our home is like visiting the West End! The range and quality of the productions is as good if not better than many in the West End - but there's three main differences - 1. Fantastic value for money. 2. All seats give excellent views. 3. A few minutes after, we're home! What could be better? Our whole family loves the Churchill Theatre.

Churchill Theatre Bromley is one of the best theatres in the country, I know because I tour. It receives many new shows before they go into the West End, so that local people can see them first, at reduced prices, and has such a wide variety of entertainment. The theatre is well run and always gives a warm welcome to everyone who visits. Their staff are always upbeat and cheerful and well informed. I have never received anything but excellent service there, and really look forward to every visit. There is not one bad seat in the house and every visit is a happy, pleasant one. It is just a warm, upbeat friendly place to spend time in. Well done to its management and staff.

I have been going to the Churchill Theatre for over 30 years and I have never had a bad experience there; I just LOVE it. The shows/plays the put on are first class and on a level with those in the West End. Bromley is very lucky to have such a fabulous venue. I just wish they still had the fabulous Cavery that they use to have back in the 80s! As well as the brilliant productions they put on, the front of house staff are always so professional and polite along with the bar staff. I give this business a 5 star rating!!

I love the location, It's so easy to get to and parking in Bromley is great. I love the cosy atmosphere inside the theatre and the staff are so helpful. I love that you can buy things like ice cream vouchers when you book tickets which adds a little extra when you are buying the tickets as a present for someone else too. They have great shows suitable for all ages and different tastes. All in all its a great asset to the community.

They get really good shows there, the seats are very comfortable with plenty of leg room. The view is good from almost every seat and the tickets are reasonably priced.

The service team are very good and efficient and the theatre runs lots of courses as well to encourage children and the wider public to explore their creativity through acting, dance, etc.

They are very good at publicising their shows in advance so it's possible to plan ahead as a lot of us have very busy lives.

I took my Mum to see "Tell Me On A Sunday". Not only was the show amazing but the staff really looked after my mum who has difficulty walking. They let her in the back door, they checked in case she needed to use the "facilities" during the intermission and generally made it a great experience.

The Shows are top class and it is just down the road.

Having been Profoundly DEAF for the past 60 odd years, I have had a fantastic rapport with the Churchill Theatre Management and staff, so that I can go and enjoy 'LIVE' performances. An excellent 'LOOP' System has been installed and every so often the DEAF people in Bromley are able to see performances with 'SIGN LANGUAGE or STAGETEXT which enhances my 'quality of life.'

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff to help, and the seating and Stage Management are available to accommodate our particular requirements.

I look forward to many more visits in the future.
Sincerely,

Living just outside London we could easily treck up to Leiceser Square to see good shows. However, unlike all the established London theatres, the Churchill theatre, Bromley, has all the London shows, it has air-conditioning, it has extremely comfortable seats, it has leg-room!!!, and excellent staff to assist us when we go either to book, or to spend the evening watching one of their productions. Long may it remain!

My family has seen so many shows here that I had to become a "friend" of the theatre. We always have a great night out and unlike many theatres you can see wherever you sit - the seats are comfortable, always clean, very well staggered and well spaced out so that even people with long legs are comfortable. Most unusual these days!!
I have seen some of my real heroes at this theatre, the staff are always fabulous and I think they thoroughly deserve huge amounts of luurve.
Thank you Churchill Theatre, please keep up the wonderful entertainment!

I am a Brit theatre junkie that lives in Canada. Having made 23 years of consecutive visits to the UK to see theatre I only discovered the Churchill theatre in 2007 to see John Savident (Coronation Street's I say, I say Fred Elliot)in the touring production of Hobson's Choice. The play was spectacular and I was so impressed by the theatre itself. As much as I love the old west end theatres in London the Churchill offered a much large seat size and considerable leg room. The seat covers were almost new the I can't say enough about th cleanliness of the complex. Added to that the ease of getting to London by train I was and now am hooked on the Churchill. I have since returned 3 more times in the last 3 years for other plays and shows. The staff are very friendly and have helped with any and all quiries by me about Bromley. Suffice it to say that the Churchill in Bromley has been added to my MUST visit destinations for plays each year.
