For me what I love about your company is that I always know that there is someone on the other end of the phone or e-mail that can answer any question I have and quickly. The speed of your replies are very fast and thorough and I can come in to see someone whenever I like for no extra charge if I need some extra support. As a new small business, this gives me real piece of mind and allows me to focus my time on growing my business.

Paul is quite simply a rarity amongst accountants. I've known a vast selection of accountants and finance people and (with no offence meant to them personally) I have to say as an entrepreneur/SME owner that none of them excited me much in terms of what value they could bring to my business. Paul delivers what I had always thought an accountant should deliver. My theory on what an accountant should be to an SME, especially those that do not benefit from a wealth of experience (and likely past failures to draw on) at Board/Director level, is headlights at least and hopefully be a decent GPS. A good accountant should be able to actively engage in a business he serves to help them benefit in the present and profit in the future. So many accountants are just the tail lights, reporting and performing general basic admin functions.

True, I'm blurring the edges of accountancy demarcation as Paul is a Management Accountant but his firm does everything the Chartered / Certified guys do and so much more. You get advice, you get ideas, contacts, lateral thinking - that's it, you get a caring and thinking service.
