From the time the vehicle was booked in until the time it was returned, we were kept informed of progress and the car was returned looking like new and earlier than expected! The courtesy car provided was an enormous help and everyone at C&P treated us with every courtesy.

I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone and will reinforce the fact that anyone can have their car repaired at an accident repair centre of their choice - not the insurance companyʼs choice.

These days many companies will not want to bother with small insignificant jobs but this definitely does not apply to C&P.

I lost the front flasher lamp to my car and I was at a loss as to where to go for a replacement. The car is over twenty years old and I assumed it would be a difficult task to find one.

I need not have worried, Charles had a look at the car, took photos of the necessary details and within a short while phoned me to say he had one being delivered and as soon as it was in he would let me know.

They had my car in for just a short while and fitted the new lamp making sure this one would not fall off. At all times Charles and his staff were superb in their manner and service, I was treated as if I was spending thousands of pounds not just a few.

I cannot recommend them highly enough and I would have no hesitation in using their excellent services again.

Brilliant service on my motorbike, I thought I would not get it back for over a week because it is hard to get the parts for my bike.

I had my bike back in two days.
