I love to play cricket in the summer but over the last several years as I am getting older I am noticing that I get more aches and pains than I used to and when I play on Saturday it’s at least 3-4 days later before I feel “normal” again. I was referred to Elizabeth by a work colleague who said she might be able to help. I thought Elizabeth did an excellent job at assessing my condition and helping me understand why I feel the way I do.
