Baccarat Hair Design are based at the top of the High Street in Beckenham, close to the car-parks in Marks and Spencer and St Georges Road.

I just wanted to say a huge thankyou to Marco for sorting out my hair disaster last week. Due to a bad (and very orange) hair disaster, I was a nervous wreck but he soon calmed me down with his confident manner and gave me the colour that I wanted all along. Thanks again Marco - what a star!
I visited for the first time today. The App is a very cool idea! Stephanie gave me a good cut. She's lovely.
Lovely salon. Shelley did a great job of listening to what I wanted and did it. Charlie's amazing hairwashing - brill! Boy genius!
It was so nice to come into a hair salon and be heard by a hairstylist of what you really want. The up-style Marco did was amazing. Everyone at the ball was complimenting me.

Went there for a drastic haircut today. Was so nervous but Danielle made me feel so comfortable and calm! She was considerate of what I wanted but was also honest with me. I ended up leaving with a lovely haircut and also booked an appointment for a dip-dye with Stephanie. I love Baccarat and will be coming back a lot more now that I live over the road!

Fantastic, beautiful, gorgeous, outstanding! When I went for my consultation with Marco I felt at total ease and had great confidence and trust in him. He was an absolute pleasure to be around and did a great job. He also made me laugh - a lot!! It was above and beyond all my expectations. I definitely have the hairdressing bug now.

I was very happy with the cut. I've long hair which is very coarse and I'm always worried when visiting a hairdresser for the first time as I've often left with what I call 'The Helmet' look - too heavy on the top because of how the layers put in doesn't work with my hair. Keri did exactly what I'd asked for and had some good advice as well. The blowdry was very sleek and I was a happy girl when leaving your salon. Everyone was very friendly. A good atmosphere at the salon, great opening hours. Top marks in my book!
Very good. Stephanie was excellent, made me feel very relaxed, easy to talk to. Colour was spot on! Cut was just as requested and shampoo divine! I've been to 'lots' of hairdressers over the years, (I'm 59) My last salon had my custome for 10 years and I feel I've made a positive change.
