Tone up and lose weight with our 4 week course. Stages 1 to 5, beginners to advanced. Kent's premier pole school offers you the chance to take fitness to new heights. Each class consists of an aerobic warm up and muscle conditioning section before pole instruction. Your instructor will perform each move to the group, then give you time to practice. The instructor will continue to instruct throughout the practice time. We finish our classes with a stretch session. Contact us for information on our drop in sessions.
