It's not in a uptown area of Bristol, but do not be put off by this. The venue is also cafe size, ie small, so do book a table, even for lunch (we went for a late lunch). The food is stunning. A lovely choice of dishes for all veggie and vegans palates, the portions good, the ingredients so, so fresh. The kitchen is open which we liked, the chef not the best communicator, but I suppose he's there to cook, not serve! The waitress was, relaxed, informal, but polite and got it right. We had a baby with us, and there were high chairs available. The beverages were pleasant. We had a wheat beer. Good value for money. Even my carnivore husband loved it! You have a virtuous feeling, to go with the stuffed belly, when you leave. I could imagine it would be lovely in the evening, particularly if there a group of you.
