V Cars Bristol have a fleet size approaching 380 vehicles, including Mercedes, Saloons, People Carrier and Disabled Access. This effectively means that we are at least 4 times larger than our nearest competitors, and therefore able to offer a service which on average means our customers are collected in less than 10 minutes. All vehicles are fitted with air conditioning for customer comfort, as well the latest technology which includes satellite navigation.

Drivers are uniformed, which not only means our drivers are smartly dressed, there is also the aspect of security, customer service and reassurance. Drivers have been training in BTEC and NVQ Level 3 in our fully fitted training facility. We also use state of the art technology which ensures the system automatically allocates the closest car to the job whilst GPS allows continuous vehicle tracking and ensures that 99% of passengers are picked up on time.

We also operate an automated booking service which allows our customers to book their cab without going through to our call centre; therefore the customer has total control and flexibility. This coupled with our fantastic iPhone App which enables bookings to be made direct through your smartphone, which has the capability to locate exactly where you are via a GPS fix on your position.

The recent addition to our software is the text-back service. When the taxi is dispatched the customer receives Registration number and colour of the car. Text-back service means added security for our customers.
