I have visited your Patchway branch and wanted to provide some positive feedback.
The service I received was excellent. It was quick, the staff were helpful and friendly, and my exhaust was replaced within 15 minutes of arriving at the branch.

I have been to a number of your competitors and have had very poor experiences. I was therefore not looking forward to my visit but thought I would give you a try. I am very pleased I did – it was an excellent service, I will certainly be using you again and will also be recommending you to my friends, family and work colleagues.

I would just like to compliment your Avonmouth based manager. Mycar threw up a few challenges after I had my car M.O.T'd which required a few minor repairs, with later complications. I work abroad and only visit the UK every two or three months so to have my vehicle serviceable is of the utmost importance.
The manager was very understanding and determined to resolve the issues and get my car back on the road asap. It is not often these days that you come across people who genuinely want to help the customer. Martin's dedication and customer service skills where excellent and I felt compelled to pass this on to management.

It is all too easy to complain when you have problems with a company, however not enough people give praise where it is due. I therefore must compliment you on your staff. They all acted in a very professional manner. Nothing was a problem. They checked all they tyres and wheel alignments in view of what had happened and replaced the faulty tyre and another that was in need of replacement, quickly and efficiently so that we could get on our way. All the staff had friendly dispositions, which helped make what had been up to that point a quite unpleasant occurrence, at least more bearable.

Again, please thank you staff on my behalf and be assured if it was not for the fact that my business is based on Portland in Dorset, I would be opening an account with you Avonmouth branch to cover my fleet of vehicles.
