I have used Threesixty many times now. We own a public house and often need emergency assistance. I always find them to be extremely helpful and efficient. They attend promptly, fitting in work around our opening hours, and are very reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and will certainly use them again when we next have plumbing issues.
When I call Sam at Threesixty plumbing, I feel safe in the knowledge that the job will get done on time and at the agreed price. Threesixty is a company that delivers on its word. Having had bad experiences in the past with trades people overcharging for work or not even turning up at all, I decided to try Threesixty, after meeting Sam and Eden through a local business network. They immediately put me at ease by telling me exactly what time they would be arriving and then actually turning up on time! On the first work that they did for me, they gave me a range of pricing options and tried to actually save me money. On several occasions, Sam has used her network to help me to find other local, reputable tradespeople. She always follows up to ask about the quality of service that I have received. Even though I have moved away from Bristol, Sam still gives me a great service, carrying out work on a flat that I rent out there. Her management of customer expectations is exceptional
They sell us no more than what we need and install it perfectly. Their workmen are extremely tidy, thoughtful, and unobtrusive. We now use them for all our heating and plumbing needs.
Plumbers: don't turn up on the day they say they will, arrive late when they can be bothered, make a mess.....not these guys! Eden arrived on the right day, on time....and took his shoes off at the door! Efficient, clean and tidy and a really nice guy! Samantha is very organised and efficient, bookings sorted, promptly returned my calls. They were great to deal with and I highly recommend them, in fact I have recommended them several times and will continue to do so....there's only one plumber's phone number in my contacts: Threesixty!

Did you hear about rogue traders? Well Threesixty Plumbing Services is just the COMPLETE opposite...! I am not an easily impressed person. But here I have to say that we have never experienced such a professional service for anything. Not only Eden and his team fitted a nice shower for our family, but they have been so nice and courteous.They just left us very very happy. Their pricing was fair and totally transparent. The work was completed to the highest standard. They have been out of their way to accommodate us. They could have easily charges us hundred of pounds more than they have by changing a whole fuse board like originally planned. Instead they used a redundant fuse to plug our electric shower when they noticed they could do that. Did they need to do that? Certainly not but again they are honest people. In fact this company is made of values: HONESTY, HARD WORK, COURTESY, TRANSPARENCY. We have trust in them. But as well we respect them, as a business and individuals

Utterly fantastic service. Intelligent, on time, always keeping me up to date with what to expect, what was happening and recaps about what had happened (useful since I don't understand the first thing about showers). Really personable pepole who come and work in your house and you just get the feeling that they are constantly making the best decision for your situation. I was so pleased to find them - and typically it was thorugh word of mouth. Good people will always sell like that.

I have used them several times to service and repair the boiler in my rented flat and also replace a broken tap. Samantha is always extremely polite and friendly on the phone and the job has always been done with minimal hassle which is all that you want as a landlord! I have no hesitation in recommending them and will be using them again in the future.
Having Eden working in the house, whilst we were there was no problem at all, sometimes I find workmen can be intrusive but I did not feel invaded whatsoever. Luckily 360 dont mind dogs so I was not having to shut my dog away. We had cast iron radiators installed and they were seriously heavy but I came home to find them installed with no trouble at all. I would recommend 360 to my friends.
They are exact, correct and proffessional. They go that extra mile to make sure they meet the needs of the customer. Best I love about them is their advice ideas since i know nothings about plumbing, renovating bathrooms etc. One thing I have to be very honest! I am always amazed how Eden is so polite! I called his mobile when he was on vacation adn he answered. I had caleed another business and thy were rude on the phone and even I had to excuse myself! How was I to know they were on vacation.
