This place is absolutely fine. It's intimate enough for a slap-up with your sweetheart and cool enough to go with a bunch of mates. The staff are all amazing, and on the level (ie, like real people who are willing to have a laugh and joke with you, especially as this place physically can't get that packed). The atmosphere is further aided by them playing cool music, in a kind of triphop vein last time I went for a sitdown meal. I used to go here fairly regularly for takeaway burgers (with oodles of garlic mayonnaise and blue cheese dressing - by far the most amazing combination), which are some of the best burgers I've tried. They cost about a fiver with chips, and I guarantee that they'll fill you up. Satisfaction is what the Walrus does.
Just had a lovely meal with my kids at this highly individual resturant. Food was great. Service was very friendly. Great Value for money. My son said his cheesecake was awesome and his chicken kebab with chilli sauce was great. Nice chips too.
