I always end up going here for a drink on any night out in Bristol. The prices are reasonable, the wine is good and the food is tasty. Look out for their offers (check the website) they often do wine promos on certain days or vouchers.

They have lots of special summer and xmas menus which are good and appeal to what you want each season. I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. The sharing platters are good if there are two of you dining and you can agree on the food. Cocktails are on offer but not that good so you’d be better to go to a real cocktail bar for those.

I have always been very impressed by the chain of slug and lettuce restaurants throughout the country and this branch in bristol has not been any exception. The service is always very quick and the staff are friendly and do not hurry you at the end of your meal which can often happen in some places.
