Myself, my daughter [10yrs] and a friend booked last minute to have a first time rock climbing experience with Ben on a chilly November day, he prepared us brilliantly with helpful tips before we got there on what to wear and bring. His friendly 'can do' attitude to our limited ability and fear of heights meant we went through with the experience and all achieved something! The day couldn't have been more positive thanks to him [despite freezing temperatures!] - he was FAB. My daughter got much further than she thought she could [and is determined to do it again] and I am now hooked and as soon as I can schedule it, will book another session. Ben's manner and general attitude, along with his ability to adapt his support to our varied group was impressive and just what was needed. I can say no better than I will go back and would recommend him to anyone who was looking for a taster session as we were!
