Yesterday I had a birthday party shoot which lasted 2 hours. Firstly me and my friends got ready at my house (with a little help from my sister) and went over to the studio to have out photos taken. Nobody wanted to go first but once everybody got into the hang of it, it was really fun. Whilst somebody was in the studio we all started watching a movie and chatting in the viewing room which has this huge cinema screen. Luckily there was a really posh bathroom with a big round mirror so we could all touch up our makeup and fix our hair before we had our photos done. When it was my turn I walked into the studio and Julie (the photographer) asked me if i wanted to have some funky photos done or if I wanted to have some simple but classic photos and of course I went for the funky style. Julie was great at directing me when i didn't know what to do and all in all it was a really fun party and nothing my friends had ever done before. It was one of my favourite birthday parties i've ever had. I really recommend this to any teenager who likes having photos taken with her mates whilst looking her best.

From the second I came into contact with Julie, she made me feel at ease and excited about the prospect of stripping off! I felt totally confident in her ability to make me look great in these photos despite the lumps and bumps I was so self conscious about! I felt like a movie star the whole time – getting my hair and makeup done to my specification, and being in front of the camera which is something that I usually hate! But this was quite the opposite, and that was thanks to Julie. Professional, friendly, encouraging, and massively talented…Julie as a photographer comes highly recommended to anyone who like me, has thought about doing this kind of thing, but couldn’t quite get the confidence to do it! Thank you Julie, not only for a very fun day, but for the boost of confidence you gave me with this photo shoot!

I was anxious before the shoot, but the nerves were all for nothing. Everything was very relaxed and I didn’t feel pushed out of my depth or uncomfortable at any time.

The photos demonstrate a totally professional and stylish look, and portray me in a way I never saw myself – a real confidence booster!!

I really cannot recommend Julie highly enough. Artistic talent, a real understanding of how to capture an individual, totally professional and someone who went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable.

I can’t explain just how much I enjoyed my photo shoot with Julie which took place in my own home. What a confidence booster!

Initially I felt anxious, not knowing what to expect and wondering how I would cope with posing etc.
There was absolutely no need to have worried………Julie immediately made me feel at ease with her professionalism and guidance on the best way to sit/stand etc. And my hair and makeup was done by her make-up artist which added even more glamour to the day. I didn’t want it to end!

I think it’s something every girl thinks of at some point in their lives……being a model…..well I had ‘my day’ with Julie and wouldn’t have missed it for the world…….fabulous!!

When I was pregnant with Freddie my third child, Julie did a photo shoot of me, my bump, my husband and my daughters. The results we truly amazing. We were absolutely thrilled with the way that she captured us all in such a natural, fun and artistic way. My favourite photo is on my son's bedroom wall of me and my bump lying on the floor as if asleep and he looks at it every night as he nods off ! The photographs of my daughters hugging my bump are the greatest memory that they will have forever to remind them of how excited they were waiting for their little brother to 'cook' !
