I've just joined Redwood Lodge Health Club. The staff are all really nice and the facilities are really good. The gym has everything I need and our daughter goes to lots of the childrens clubs which are included free in the membership! She went to cookery class yesterday - 4:30pm - 6pm and loved it!! I also go to the hotel every fortnight for a 4Networking business club and the hotel is really good too. Nice breakfast! :-)
