After suffering from a trapped nerve in my back that was causing my left thigh lots of pain, and in turn, creating pain in my right hip I went to Reco Chiropractors in Bristol. The pain in my left thigh is happening less often and my right hip is now completely pain free! I also have more movement ability in my lower back. I would recommend to anyone whom I thought it would benefit.

After the first 12 treatments I already noticed a considerable improvement. The pain in the area around the neck is more or less gone, plus the lower back pain has eased. I have nothing but praise for Mandeep and the rest of the team. As mentioned above, the treatment has been highly effective so far, plus the whole Reco team are always friendly and welcoming.

The treatment I received for a stiff right shoulder and arm pain was well explained. Shoulder mobility has hastily improved within approximately 8 sessions which has helped sleeping which had previously been disturbed with shoulder & arm pain. Wish I had gone months earlier

I suffer with Chronic pain with acute disability, disabling flare ups that occurred 3-4 times per year. Treatment at Reco has been easy to follow and conform to. The One acute flare up I have had has been much better to deal with and I stayed mobile. The ‘flare up’ lasted for a lesser of number days than usual. I will be recommending Reco to my friends.

The treatment was fantastic! By the time my scan date from the NHS had come around, I had been seeing Mandeep 3 times a week for 2 ½ months and had felt a major improvement.
