Our unique service aims to compliment that of a funeral director, providing practical help during the grieving period doing the things that they don’t. We can contact relatives and friends to inform them of the death and provide details of any funeral arrangements. We also contact utility and business companies and provide them with copies of the Death Certificate. We undertake all the “running around” necessary at this stressful time, organise funeral catering, redirect mail, cancel junk mail, send Thank You cards for donations etc.
We extend this service to remove all perishables from the home of the deceased, deal with pet re-homing issues and take inventories. We even arrange house clearance, storage, decluttering or dressing a property for sale.
When a bereavement takes place in the UK, family members are often not close to hand. This is especially true in the current climate of people living and working abroad. Sometimes, people just don’t know where to start, what to do and in what order or are vulnerable. There are other occasions where is just no-one to make these arrangements. We can help. We have experience in this field.
Our service is also available to those who wish to plan their own End of Life wishes. Anyone can make out an End of Life Plan, for themselves, their partners, their parents or even their children or perhaps for someone who is unable, for whatever reason, to make one of their own. The benefit to anyone left behind is of course the knowledge that all arrangements have been chosen by the planner personally. This gives enormous peace of mind to the planners, and to those who receive the practical assistance in the future, whenever that may be.
We are seeking compassionate people with good common sense to help us all over the UK and are particularly interested in helping ex servicemen and women under the Vetfran scheme.
