My husband, a clergyman, and I both met one of the partners of Fraser Heath through my son who at the time was serving with the Black Watch. I inherited money from my Mother in 1997 and we sought help from Mark Fletcher at Fraser Heath. He is a very good listener, quite able to work out what you need and want and two of my three children have come to this particular company after seeing how well they treated us. I was widowed in 2004 and I am seriously disabled, needing to go into a nursing home briefly as I had no home of my own, and Mark Fletcher has supported and helped me ever since. He has a great sense of humour, he asked all the right questions and I have absolute confidence that he is completely reliable. When I had to fill in a financial form for various bodies, such as the Church of England, the Vale of the White horse district Council, Mark Fletcher came to my house and did it for me. Again this helped me feel secure. I would happily recommend him and the company to anybody who needed help.

Fraser Heath were recommended to us by a friend a few years ago, when we felt we must seek advice about our finances and pensions. Director, Mark Fletcher, travelled over to see us from West to East ( Colchester ) and we have never looked back. They are truly independent and offer unconflicted advice - very rare these days. They are very up-to-date on what the markets can offer and warn about less good investments. They take an annual management fee rather than charging for transactions, so again they are not incentivised to push you into dealings. Their people are very pleasant, friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. Altogether a great 'financial friend' to have!

Mark Fletcher is always on hand to offer honest, straight forward advice, to the point he's talked me out of doing things which would have got him a commission, because he didn't think it was an advantageous product for me.
