Future Heritage have used Filofile for over two years now and have been delighted with their service. We were somewhat tentative about storing our files off site in case of that moment when one needs access to archived work immediately! However, Filofile have a fantastically efficient service and to date retrieval of files has been efficient and prompt.
We started using Filofile at the start of 2008. They took all of our files aways in their boxes and store them ready for retrieval. When required we fax over the box numbers and their barcode the files arrive the next day as requested. All employees that we have dealt with are very reliable and helpful. I am now looking to place all office archives with the company for the whole of the UK.
