I suffered from back problems for 20 years and I had difficulty handling my horses and dogs. I couldn’t get out of bed, turn over or get up stairs. By the end of the sessions I had stopped all pain medications and I’m fitter than I have been for years. I ride regularly and have been handling youngsters with the agility it takes. Throughout the sessions Andy was encouraging and excellent at explaining the whys and wherefores of what I was doing. This programme works. It targets all the right areas and educates you on how to keep the benefits. I would have no hesitation in travelling the breadth of the country to obtain the benefits of this programme, should I need it again.

He is a great guy and works ever so hard for his patients to achieve their goals. I travel some 100 miles each way every week and do not think about the distance I have to go to for a session with Andy
