I became a patient of Dr Leah Remeika-Dugan at The Cool Green Planet, following the great results my husband had received from this chiropractic clinic for a sciatica problem he had suffered for a long time. I too had suffered from a bad back for many years, which had resulted in me suffering pain and discomfort on a daily basis.

Following an initial consultation with Dr Remika-Dugan and then an agreed course of treatment, which I have stayed with and and I now enjoy a more comfortable daily life. I continue with my adjustments as part of my life fitness as I now realise the benefits of looking after my body.

Dr Remeika-Dugan and Eddie her husband and clinic partner always make you feel very welcome and the practise has a very friendly feel and I always feel comfortable when visiting. At times my chiropractic care has been a necessary challenge and a bit of pain which is not down to the chiropractor, but due to my long standing problems, and I must emphasise that I always walk away feeling far much better than when I arrive and the expert and appropriate chiropractic treatment provided has really given me a new lease of life.

When I first went to the chiropractor, Dr (Chiro) Leah Remeika-Dugan, I was suffering from blinding headaches and whiplash after a car accident, and also various other aches and pains. After having X-Rays, Dr Dugan was able to put my skeleton back in place where it should have been. After years of suffering and several visits to a NHS physiotherapist I had resigned myself to being in pain all the time, but Dr Remeika-Dugan was able to cure me. It took many months, but the effort and cost was definitely worth it. Now I am pain free.

It was my father who first recommended me to Dr Remeika-Dugan. He noticed that after 7 years of playing ladies rugby it had taken it's toll on my body. After my first x-ay she started to notice other medical problems that after nine years my GP hadn't dealt with.

Within the session she stopped everything and contacted my GP on the spot to get a referral to the hospital for testing.

After 9 years of waiting and accepting my painful way of life, she has gotten me the right diagnosis that I can now start tackling my health.

WIthout her I'd still be in danger of serious harm! But now, with her support and her regular chiropractic adjustments, I am on a clear path to regaining good long-term health! She has been amazing!

I have been coming to see Dr Leah as my Chiropractor for the last year as a result of a horse riding accident in which I twisted by back which brought back my problems with my Sciatic nerve.

After the initial couple of weeks I was able to resume my horse riding and now go to the gym a couple of times a week to work out and I play badminton which is so important to me to keep my fitness level up and good for stress relief.

The chiropractic care I have received has been wonderful and always in such pleasant surroundings and I appreciate the way that Dr Leah and Eddie provide a service that concentrates on the general well being of all of her patients.

I have also gained knowledge about the affects that stress can have on my back which was interesting. Also my posture has improved so much as a result of the treatment received.

Without the treatment and chiropractic care that I have had from Dr L Remelka-Dugan, I would not have been able to have kept my job. When I first went to see Dr Leah I was in a lot of pain and

My neck had been a constant source of pain to me since many falls over the years from horses. Dr Leah very quickly found the problems and the relief was instant. I had visited physio's and doctors for many years but no-one had sorted the pain with such genuine care for my well being. When I first came to this Bristol chiropractic clinic, Cool Green Planet, I had previously been attending an osteopath, but was deteriorating. I had just relocated to Bristol and moved house, and I had headaches, backache, hip ache, and stiffness, all of which made me irritable and affected my mood. Dr Leah was more than willing to spend extra valuable time to get me on the right track, and now I am much more flexible in my spine and not stiff or rigid. I used to frequently have a stiff back and the spine caused more pain that was often confused with muscle tears before I came to this clinic.

I missed alot of football with these suspected muscle tears, when once I came here this chiropractor quickly had it sorted out.

This chiropractor is unique in that she got to the bottom of it quickly. I got a very good exam and chiropractic care right away, minimising the lost time in football and lifestyle stuff.

My back is less stiff and my nerves are in better shape, which has allowed me to play more football, and I do so at a much faster pace.

Also, Dr Leah actually cares about the well being of her patients, and calls to see if I'm okay in between sessions.

I feel well looked after.

I spend my time both as a student and footballer in Birmingham now, but I still prefer to travel to Bristol to see her for my chiropractic care.
