The help I received was simply amazing. The entire team were helpful friendly and knowledgable. A great welcome to Bristol. I was particularly impressed with the gentleman who talked us through some of Bristols history. Very passionate! If only every citys information center was like yours!
The new TIC is much easier to find (close the Centre, just down the waterfront) and its stuffed with useful info. The travel information is much improved as well and there is a full range of bus / cycling / walking maps and timetables available. It may not be the most convenient location for those arriving by coach or train, but it not too far, just follow the blue signs to the centre.
