I am pleased to announce that “Plumbing on Tap” has won the “Hove at your Service” award for the “Best Specialist Business in Hove & Portslade. The award recognises “Plumbing On Tap” as the leading Plumbing and Heating service provider in the region.”
As director of the On Tap Group, I was immensely proud to personally collect this prize at the “Hove at your Service” award ceremony, which took place on 16th October at the beautiful facilities of the Sussex County Cricket Club in Hove. The award represents a fair recognition of all the hard work that the whole team at Plumbing on Tap has been doing (sometimes behind the scenes) over the past few years.
As I picked up the award, many memories flashed through my mind. I still remember the day when our small group of heating and plumbing experts decided to take the plunge and launch Plumbing on Tap. Although we have always kept a local focus, I would be lying if I said that we did not aim high. From day one we have made every effort to excel as a plumbing and heating services provider and to rise above the mediocrity that, unfortunately, seems to be so common in this industry.
Although at Plumbing on Tap we believe that customer feedback sets the bar for improvement very high indeed, receiving public recognition in the form of a professional award is also a great source of motivation for our team.
Looking back, I am more than convinced that our guiding philosophy and our vision as a company were just right, as this award can confirm.
