BRIGHTON'S ANNUAL VEGAN FEST PACKED WITH MOUTHWATERING FOOD TREATS

VegfestUK Brighton – one of Europe's annual keynote health food events – will be stacked with delicious foods craved not only by vegans and veggies, but also flexitarians and even dedicated meat- and dairy-lovers.

The festival, which enters its 6th year in 2014, possesses 7 top-draw caterers well knowledgeable in how to tickle and satisfy demanding taste buds. The caterers include:


BangWok - have wowed plenty of foodies with their irresistible pad thais at many festivals

Cashew Catering – serving beautifully crafted tofu, tempeh plates and wicked cakes

Deccan Tiffin - Real Indian food from the Deccan, cooked to traditional family recipes.

Muya 100% Ethiopian - the most delicious Ethiopian vegan and vegetarian meals using the finest and freshest ingredients.

Shambhu's (Saturday only) – hearty Indian dishes with a Kenyan twist, award-winning vegan cheesecakes, bean burritos, pizzas, etc

St Best Caribbean - classic Ital food with a vegan slant

The Sunshine Kitchen – sizzling and satisfying vegan burgers

Titbits Catering - sweet & savoury vegan tapas

VBites Food - the most awesome array of meat - including their award winning burgers, sausages and pizzas

 

Those looking for food samples and ingredients are to be spoilt to no ends, with many stalls packed with the hottest vegan food products in the market, with many having special one-off discounts:

Cakes – Heavenly Vegan Cupcakes, JP Turner, Ms. Cupcake, Operation Icing, the Heavenly Cake Company, Trina's Delicacies

Meats - Fry's Vegetarian, The Mighty Fork, Vegusto 

Cheeses - Vegusto

This exciting food feast takes place on March 29th 30th 2014 (11am-6pm both days) at the Hove Centre (BN3 4AH).

Over 7,000 visitors are expected and they can enjoy these glorious foods alongside dozens of talks, cookery demos, workshops, comedy hours, music, kids entertainment, short films, on top of a speed-dating session and a vegan bodybuilding competition.

Admission is £2 for adults and free for under 16's so a great event to bring your kids to! All products used are 100% plant-based.
