This chap above looks like he'd be fun to share a pint with... but is he really getting into the 'spirit' of being a Zombie? ;-). See more images below.
On Saturday 20th of October Brighton town filled with the living dead. Zombies from all over gathered by the remains of the old West Pier for the yearly zombie walk.
Over 1000 zombies of all shapes, sizes, ages and various states of decay took part, walking and staggering to Concorde 2 via the town.
Under overcast skies we made our way along the promenade. Because of the mass of zombies (dead) mixed with the spectators (living) it was very slow going.
Indeed, many zombies had heard the rumour that if they visited any of the various bars on the seafront, they could gorge on reviving refreshments. In fact many Zombies abandoned the walk in favour of staying in the bars.
Apparently, the more you drank the better you staggered later on... all in the cause of authenticity!
