Summer Terrace
The south facing terrace is a wonderful place to dine alfresco. It's open all afternoon for drinks and the light Terrace menu.
The Vault Private Room
A stylish and completely private room for up to 20 people. Comes with it's own bar and waiting staff and also a Plasma TV screen for corporate presentations or watching sporting events! There is no booking fee for use of the room Monday to Friday during the day provided your group stays on for lunch.
Children Welcome
Children are welcome during the day and for early evening dining every day and the spacious dining room and outside area provide a great family setting

Weddings and Parties
Sam's have a choice of settings for parties and wedding receptions. The main dining room caters for 75 seated, the terrace holds 50 people easily and they also have a private function room for up to 20.
Outside Catering
Experienced at providing first class catering for larger parties and weddings. You can choose from an extensive menu which includes plated dishes, buffet food, BBQ's and canapes.
About Sam
The Owner and Head Chef Sam Metcalfe has over 20 years experience and has worked at some of London's top restaurants including 192, Kensington, The Terrace, Chez Nico, The Groucho Club, L'Escargot, Pied a Terre, and The Belvedere, Holland Park where at just 21 he was appointed Head Chef. In 2001 Sam opened the Sevendials Restaurant and as a natural progression opened Sam's of Brighton in 2008.
