Serving classic yet creative dishes prepared with the finest seasonal ingredients, locally sourced where possible. The menu is ever changing and unpretentious. The wine list is reasonably priced and has been carefully chosen to match the food.

The restaurant can be booked out for private parties seating up to 50 people.

About Sam
Sam worked in some of London's top restaurants before opening Sam's of Sevendials in Brighton in 2001. Following on from his success Sam then opened Sam's of Brighton in 2008 in the heart of Kemptown.
