Saving us a fortune. We run a very busy Florists in Brighton, and receive in all types of online orders, 24 hours a day from around the world. We operate locally, covering Brighton and surrounding areas and we rely heavily on the information in our computers. We have had a few glitches with our computers and caused us to lose some business. Sagari's team reacted rapidly and resolved the problems each visit with dedicated support, but there was a cost each time. By taking out a yearly package with fixed monthly pricing we are able to budget for the IT in advance, leaving it to Sagari to remotely solve any given problems.
This has taken away one of the headaches of modern technology sales, enabling us to deliver our traditionally made products
