This is a family business that prides itself on first -class service. I recently went to James Ross to buy an engagement ring for my (then) girlfirent. James was very helpful and knowledgable in recommending various options for me. In the end I went for a diamond solitaire which my fiancee loves (she said yes by the way). People now stop her on the street to admire the ring. I cannot recommend James Ross highly enough and will be seeing him again to talk about wedding rings!
