In my new job I needed to be able to be competent in Microsoft Office in particular in Excel. Lucy ran 3 training courses for myself and a colleague covering Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Although I was already comfortable with Outlook and Word Lucy was able to improve my use of them by showing me quicker ways of carrying out some tasks that I had not been aware of. When it came to Excel she covered everything that I needed to know with regards to creating and formatting spreadsheets, charts etc. She ran through everything clearly in laymans terms and provided us with case studies to reinforce what she had taught. She was friendly and extremely patient. Since the course I contacted her on one occasion as there was something I was having a problem with and she was more than happy to assist. All I need to add is that if you need Microsoft Office training get Lucy in.
