I've never been lucky with cars, every garage I've ever been to has always baffled me with science and made me feel foolish.

I used Hove Mot.com for my MOT test last week, I booked my rather sad looking Mondeo in for 2pm and arrived at 1.55pm, my car was inside the garage and being tested right on 2pm even though there were loads of other cars already there.
I did expect my car to fail it's test so it was no surprise when it did, mainly minor stuff like lights and a tyre but also a ball joint.
The chap in the garage gave me a quote (very reasonable too) within a few minutes and was able to carry out all of the repairs on the same day, I only lost my car for about 3 hours including the test.
I got back to the garage a little too early so I sat in their really nice waiting room and read some magazines.
The whole experience was nothing like any garage I'd been to before, it was clean, comfortable and all of the repairs were very well explained, there was no pressure at all.
I really like Hove Mot, thanks guys.
