I have engaged Stuart and the team at Danson Digital over the past 6 years on a number of different projects. Our interaction has been both as a direct client, or where I've introduced Danson to one of my clients to deliver a particular project.

I have always found that Stuart and his team maintain a constant focus on the outcomes of the project, they are very commercially orientated and benefits driven. As a new hotel in the centre of Cambridge, we decided to use Danson Digital as we found our listing on the web very low down when people searched for our type of business compared to the more established places. Through recommendation we got in touch with Danson Digital to try and lift where we appeared in internet searches.

I thought this would take a long time and was initially very sceptical as my firstl thoughts were it was only time that would move us up the rankings in any real way. They explained that we should see an initial climb in our ranking by using key words in the website and linking other sites we had connections with as well as articles we had written about us. In learning more about this it seemed quite an art, but the results were very quick. We have been with Danson Digital now for about 4 months. From typing in `Cambridge Hotels` for example, we went from literally nothing to page 3 where we currently lie.

The benefits we have gained are a large increase in revenue as people now find us a lot quicker when they are browsing the net which is our biggest source of clients. People also feel more confident in a product when it is nearer the top of a search. With internet searches the usual way for most people in finding a service or product now it is vital for business owners to pay careful attention to internet rankings for their business when people type searches into a search engine. It cannot just be left to time, this will lose a business a lot of potential revenue. The guys at Danson simply asked for all our known links on the web and then what we thought most people would type in to search for our service sector, they could then cover as many bases as possible in making sure the business came up early in searches.
