The ultimate Pantomine Listing for the Brighton, Hove and surrounding areas for Christmas 2011.

We would love to hear from anyone whose Panto is not featured and I will add it immediately.

Spamalot
Theatre Royal
New Road, Brighton, BN1 1SD
15th Dec 2011 to 14th Jan 2012

Starring Marcus Brigstocke as King Arthur and Todd Carty as Patsy.

Audiences all around the world have been roaring with laughter since Monty Python's Spamalot, by Eric Idle and John Du Prez won the Tony Award for Best Musical in 2005.

Spamalot tells the legendary tale of King Arthur and the knights of the Round Table and features a bevy (or possibly a brace) of beautiful show girls, witch burnings (cancelled too expensive) not to mention cows, killer rabbits and French people. The show features the hilarious songs He Is Not Dead Yet, Knights of the Round Table, Find Your Grail and of course the Nation's favourite Comedy song Always Look on the Bright Side of Life.

Don't miss your night with the Knights of The Round Table at the most infectiously funny musical of the millennium.

Cinderella
Connaught Theatre
Union Place, Worthing, West Sussex BN11 1LG

A pumpkin is magically transformed into a sparkling coach, mice into white horses and a girl goes from rags to a stunning ball gown all with the wave of a good fairy’s wand.  Glass slippers and a spell that breaks when the clock chimes midnight, it can only mean one thing!

Starring Amanda Barrie (Coronation St., Bad Girls) as Fairy Godmother, John Lyons (A Touch of Frost) as Baron Hardup, Darrock & Howe as the Ugly Sisters, Naomi Slater as Cinderella and Ian Jones as Buttons.

This year’s Connaught Theatre pantomime is the classic fairytale of a beautiful girl forced to serve her jealous step sisters. Aided by the silly but loveable Buttons and a Fairy Godmother carefully watching over, Cinderella dreams of escaping her misery and finding true love and happiness.

This tale is familiar to us all and with stunning scenery, colourful costumes, songs, slapstick, and a professional cast who will be joined on stage by real ponies, audiences can be sure Cinderella will be simply charming!
