Having good food delivered for a large party at the Old Rectory made my weekend easy. The fish pie and chilli con carne were particularly delicious. The food arrived when arranged with the minimum of hassle. Thank you. It made a big difference as the kitchen at the Old Rectory is very small.

I contacted several businesses to cater for a dinner party for 16 of us staying in rented accomodation in Charmouth. Sarah stood out head and shoulders above the rest, both for her friendly, reassuring manner and the variety of her menuʼs providing fresh l local produce. Iʼm pleased to say my expectations were fully met and Sarah produced a meal of outstanding quality and taste. This, together with her professionalism and her Mumʼs cheerful and delightful manner whilst waitressing, ensured we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah to others.

Sarah prepared and served a lovely meal for myself and my friends when we stayed in Stoke Abbott last month. The garlic mushrooms, fish pie and cheese cake were all gorgeous and very plentiful! Sarah was the caterer for my wedding back in June this year; I first spoke to Sarah on the phone when I was searching frantically for a caterer who was reasonably priced and who did good home cooked food. I knew after being on the phone for a couple of minutes that she was the one I wanted, she was extremely friendly and honest and I could tell that she had a passion for cooking, and to top it off was very reasonably priced.
Sarah was always happy to help out, I wasnʼt from the Dorset area at all and she made things so much easier for me with having to plan the wedding over the phone.
The main bit; the food! The food provided was amazing, it was all home cooked stuff and tasted so good! The salmon, which Iʼm not usually keen on, was the most delicious salmon I’ve ever had and my husband who usually hates the stuff devoured about four helpings of it! The quiches were absolutely lovely and I only wish now Iʼd eaten more, but with it being my wedding day I was a little nervous!
Finally the deserts! Yum! The mars bar cheesecake was gorgeous, my brother in law eat about 3 slices and still wanted more even though he had stuffed himself to the max!
Anyway, well done Sarah and helpers from the day, the service was brilliant and Iʼm so happy that I chose you to do my wedding food. Thanks again!

We were spending a celebratory weekend with our family in a rented cottage and wanted a special meal to mark the occasion. I found Sarah through this website and she provided us with a truely magnificent meal with all the trimmings. You will not be disappointed.

Sarah cooked for a family gathering of 23 people at the Old Rectory in Symondsbury. She did a really excellent job. Delicious smoked fish terrine starter, beautifully cooked lamb with shallot sauce as the main course and an array of desserts and local cheeses. We really appreciated her determination to source only the best local produce. Every bit as good as promised on her website. We would definitely use her again
