The supply and installation of Fire Extinguishers along with PAFSS (Pneumatically Actuated Fire Suppression Systems). PAFSS is designed and manufactured locally in the West Midlands and Shires Fire & Safety are proud to be currently the only authorised and licensed supplier and installer of these systems in the West Midlands.

Fire Risk Assessment

The new Fire Safety Order provides a legal requirement on Employers, Managers, Landlords and building occupiers to carry out a proper fire risk assessment of their premises, reduce fire risks and provide fire safety training. Fire Risk Assessment Reports have replaced Fire Certificates but are still inspected and enforced by the Local Fire Authority. Shires fully qualified and experienced Technicians conduct Fire Risk Assessment surveys and produce the Fire Risk Assessment Report as part of a regular review of fire safety requirements, to ensure employers comply with the new Fire Safety Order and current Health and Safety at Work legislation. Surveying new and existing premises and their fire protection systems, the Shires Fire & Safety team will provide impartial advice on all aspects of fire risk assessment, fire detection and the provision and use of fire fighting equipment.

Fire Safety Training
